You can complain about the processing of the data by us at the data protection agency in your country.

The transmission of your data to us is neither legally nor contractually required or required for a fulfillment of any contract. You are not obligated to provide us with the requested data. Data Privacy

You can generally use our website without having to provide any personal data. When our website requests you to disclose personal data (e.g. name, address, email addresses), you are requested to do so – whenever possible – on a purely voluntary basis. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that all data transfers over the Internet (e.g. in email communications) are inherently vulnerable to security breaches. Absolute protection of the data against third-party access is not possible.

On our pages are integrated plugins of the social networks Facebook, Google, Twitter, Xing and LinkedIn. Please note the following sections about these plugins, which apply if you have activated the plugin at the end of the website.

Data privacy declaration for using Facebook plugins (“Like” button)

Plugins of the social network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA) have been integrated into our website.

The Facebook plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the “Like“ button on our website.

A summary of the Facebook plugins is available at:
developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins

When you visit our website, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. This informs Facebook that you visited our website with your IP address. If you click the “Like” button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our website to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to our website with your user account. We would like to stress that, in our capacity as the website administrator, we receive neither information about the content of the data transmitted to Facebook, nor about how it is used there. Further details can be found in Facebook’s Data Privacy Policy at:
de-de.facebook.com/policy.php

If you do not want Facebook to be able to link your visit to our website with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

Data privacy declaration for using Google +1

Functions of the service, Google +1, have been integrated into our website.
These functions are offered by Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043,  USA.

Collection and forwarding of data:
The Google +1 button allows you to publish data worldwide, and enables you and other users to receive customized content from Google and our business partners. Google saves the information you provided for +1 content, as well as information about the page which you were viewing when you clicked +1. Your +1s can be displayed as tips, together with your profile name and photo, in Google services such as in search results, or in your Google profile, or at other places on websites and in advertisements in the Internet.

Google gathers information about your +1 activities to improve its services for you and others. To be able to use the Google +1 button, you need a globally visible, public Google profile which, at the very least, must contain the name chosen for the profile. This name will be used in all Google services. In some cases, this name can also replace another name which you have used to split contents over your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be displayed to users who know your email address or have access to other identifying information about you.

Use of the gathered information:
In addition to the above-mentioned purposes, the information you provide is also used in accordance with Google’s data privacy policies (as amended). Google may possibly publish consolidated statistics about its users’ +1 activities, or forward these to users or business partners such as publishers, interested third parties or affiliated websites.
